Reliable Flower Delivery Across Victoria

At Tranquil Blooms, we're committed to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers across Victoria with care and reliability. This Delivery Policy outlines our service areas, timeframes, fees, and procedures to ensure your flowers arrive perfectly and on time.

Metro Melbourne:

  • All Melbourne metropolitan suburbs
  • Includes CBD, inner suburbs, and outer metropolitan areas
  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM
  • Standard delivery Monday through Friday, Saturday by arrangement

Regional Victoria:

  • Major regional centres including Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Shepparton, and Warrnambool
  • Extended regional areas throughout Victoria
  • Next-day delivery standard for most regional areas
  • Some remote locations may require additional delivery time

Delivery Exclusions:

  • We do not deliver outside Victoria
  • Some extremely remote areas may not be serviceable
  • Contact us to confirm delivery availability to specific locations

Same-Day Delivery:

  • Cutoff Time: 2:00 PM Monday through Friday
  • Saturday Cutoff: 10:00 AM for weekend delivery
  • Delivery Window: Generally between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
  • Peak Period Adjustments: Earlier cutoffs may apply during holidays

Next-Day Delivery:

  • Available for orders placed after same-day cutoff times
  • Orders placed Friday evening or Saturday will typically deliver Monday
  • Sunday delivery not currently available
  • Holiday periods may extend delivery timeframes

Scheduled Future Delivery:

  • Available for orders placed up to 30 days in advance
  • Ideal for special occasions and planned events
  • Confirmation provided closer to delivery date
  • Changes to scheduled deliveries accepted up to 24 hours prior

Standard Delivery Fees:

  • Metro Melbourne: $12.95
  • Near Regional: $15.95
  • Extended Regional: $19.95
  • Remote Areas: $24.95 or quote on request

Special Service Charges:

  • Same-Day Premium: Additional $5.00
  • Saturday Delivery: Additional $10.00
  • Timed Delivery Window: Additional $15.00 (2-hour window)
  • Signature Required: Additional $5.00

Peak Period Surcharges:

  • Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas may incur additional delivery fees
  • Surcharges communicated at time of order
  • Early booking may help avoid peak period charges

Standard Delivery Process:

  1. Departure Notification: Customer notified when order leaves our shop
  2. Delivery Attempt: Professional delivery to specified address
  3. Completion Confirmation: Customer notified upon successful delivery
  4. Photo Confirmation: Available upon request for special occasions

Recipient Availability:

  • Someone Home: Flowers delivered directly to recipient
  • No One Home: Secure delivery location sought (e.g., neighbour)
  • Alternative Instructions: Customer-provided backup delivery options followed
  • Return to Shop: If no secure delivery possible, returned for redelivery

Special Delivery Instructions:

  • Detailed delivery instructions welcome and followed when possible
  • Building access codes, gate combinations, and specific location requests accommodated
  • Business delivery to reception areas when appropriate
  • Surprise delivery arrangements available

Residential Deliveries:

  • Delivered to front door or as directed
  • Secure locations preferred if recipient not home
  • Apartment buildings delivered to unit when possible
