For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday, and before 10:00 AM on Saturdays. Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next business day. During peak periods like Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, cutoff times may be earlier. We don't currently offer Sunday delivery, so weekend orders typically deliver on Monday.
Delivery fees vary by location: Metro Melbourne ($12.95), Near Regional ($15.95), Extended Regional ($19.95), and Remote Areas ($24.95). Additional charges apply for same-day delivery (+$5), Saturday delivery (+$10), and specific time windows (+$15). Peak period surcharges may apply during holidays.
