A Carrum Downs florist delivering across Melbourne for more than 15 years

Tranquil Blooms is a family-owned florist at Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre. Michelle and the team make every arrangement in our shop, and we’ve delivered fresh flowers across Melbourne and regional Victoria for more than 15 years.

When you order from us, your flowers are arranged on our bench by a florist with more than 20 years of experience. They’re not packed at a warehouse and routed through a courier app. They’re made the morning of delivery, by the people who picked them in.

Flowers that travel well across Melbourne

Some flowers are better suited to delivery than others. These are the ones we recommend most often for Melbourne delivery, because they consistently arrive in the condition you’d want.
  • Roses: tight buds that open in the recipient’s home over the next day or two.
  • Hat boxes and signature rose boxes: anchored arrangements that hold their structure on the back seat of a delivery vehicle.
  • Mixed seasonal arrangements: the florist’s pick of what’s freshest that morning, including a portion of what we grow ourselves.
  • Lilies: a strong choice for sympathy and funeral arrangements, and they travel without trouble.
  • Native arrangements: waratahs, banksia, kangaroo paw and eucalyptus when in season.

What makes our Melbourne flower delivery different

A real shop, not a platform

When you call, you reach the shop in Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre. Not a call centre, not a national booking line. The person who picks up either makes the arrangements or works next to the people who do.

Some of what we send, we grow

A portion of the flowers in our seasonal arrangements come from our own growing. That’s how we know they’re fresh: we picked them. It also means the arrangement you receive reflects what’s genuinely in season.

Florist judgement on every order

Not sure what to send? Call us. A two-minute conversation about who the flowers are for beats guessing from a product photo.

Interflora and Petals network member

We can arrange delivery beyond Victoria, interstate or overseas, through partner florists in other states and countries. Call the shop and we’ll quote and book the network delivery for you.

More than 20 years of floral experience

Family-owned, at Carrum Downs Regional Shopping Centre for more than 15 years. Owner Michelle leads a small team that makes every arrangement by hand.

Most of our Melbourne delivery orders fall into one of these occasions. Each category has the current range online.
  • Birthday flowers: mixed colour arrangements, signature rose boxes, seasonal favourites.
  • Sympathy flowers: soft palettes of white, cream, blush and pale green for a home or workplace after a loss.
  • Funeral flowers: wreaths, sheaths, casket sprays and memorial arrangements for the funeral home or chapel.

When to call the shop instead of ordering online

Online ordering works for most standard arrangements. Call us if your order is custom, urgent (especially after 11am), for a funeral or memorial service, needs a substitution, or going interstate or overseas. The phone reaches the people who make the arrangements, not a national booking centre.

October 13, 2026
A rose box has no single lifespan. Fresh flowers need hydration; preserved roses need dry care. Check the label or florist's instructions before adding water to an unfamiliar arrangement.
