  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Tranquil Blooms.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason.
  • Confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order.
  • Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Delivery Areas:

  • We deliver throughout Victoria, Australia.
  • Delivery fees vary by location and distance.
  • Some remote areas may have extended delivery times.
  • International delivery is not currently available.

Delivery Timeframes:

  • Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2:00 PM.
  • Next-day delivery available for orders placed after 2:00 PM cutoff.
  • Holiday and special occasion deliveries may have different timeframes.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Responsibility:

  • Delivery is considered complete when flowers are left at the specified address.
  • We are not responsible for flowers left unattended at customer's request.
  • Alternative delivery arrangements can be made if recipient is unavailable.
  • Signature delivery available upon request for additional fee.

Flower Arrangements:

  • Photos are representative of style and colour scheme.
  • Actual arrangements may vary due to seasonal availability.
  • Vase styles may vary based on availability.
  • Flower varieties may be substituted with similar alternatives.

Substitution Policy:

  • Substitutions made to maintain arrangement integrity and value.
  • Similar colours, styles, and flower types used when possible.
  • Customer will be notified of significant changes when time permits.
  • No substitutions that significantly alter the arrangement's appearance or value.

Website Usage:

  • Website content is for personal, non-commercial use only.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.
  • We reserve the right to monitor and restrict website access.
  • Prohibited activities include unauthorized access attempts and harmful software transmission.
